The Mercer County Bar Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation formed by the Mercer County Bar Association which provides funding for legal education to the public, programs, seminars, grants and scholarships.
A scholarship is awarded each year to a resident of Mercer County to assist them in their academic pursuits at any accredited law school. All awards are distributed at the discretion of the Foundation.
The Mercer County Bar Foundation scholarships are given to the students who have ties to Mercer County, who demonstrate financial need and who are involved in community organizations. To view and/or download the application and guidelines, click here (PDF).
Please include with your application all college transcripts, a current resume, proof of residence (i.e driver’s license, utility bill, etc.) and a personal statement directed to the selection committee (letter should not exceed one double-spaced typewritten page).

Funds for the scholarship are generated by the Mercer County Bar Foundation Wine and Dine.
